Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, Meagan Mullahy has been dancing since she could walk. Training in many styles of dance, specifically jazz, hip hop, ballet, lyrical and tap, Meagan has performed around her community at numerous events and locations, and has toured in California and Florida with her dance groups. She has performed many roles in Ballet West’s The Nutcracker, and was a dancer in High School Musical 2, a performer in the opening and closing Olympic ceremonies in Salt Lake City Utah, and a featured dancer in Angela Winston’s music video “There Will Come a Day.”
In 2015, after taking Rosie Banchero’s Jazz class at Salt Lake Community College where she got a taste of what Afro fusion dancing had to offer, Meagan was drawn to the dance style and joined Wofa. She is currently teaching dance at Thompson Lane Entertainment Center, a family friendly performing studio where she received most of her dance training. Currently, Meagan is a photography student at Salt Lake Community College and has started her own dance company, Legacy. Meagan breathes, eats, and sleeps dance. It is her passion, always has been, and will continue to be.
